ADAPT Subscription Policy

1. Minimum Commitment

All ADAPT subscription plans require a minimum commitment of 4 weeks. This ensures adequate time for assessment, programming, progression, and measurable results.

2. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis through Stripe, using the payment method provided at signup. Billing occurs on the same date each cycle unless otherwise stated.

3. Automatic Renewal

At the end of the 4‑week minimum term, your subscription will continue to renew automatically unless cancelled through your Stripe customer portal.

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

After the 4‑week minimum term, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellations must be completed through your Stripe Customer Portal, accessible via the link sent to you when you first subscribed. If you cannot locate your portal link, contact ADAPT and a new link will be provided.

Cancellations cannot be processed through email, SMS, or social media. ADAPT cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf without your confirmation through Stripe.

5. Cancellation Timing

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle unless you choose to cancel immediately within Stripe.

No refunds are issued for partial billing periods or unused sessions.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription and access to services may be paused until the issue is resolved.

7. Changes to Subscription Plans

You may request to upgrade or modify your subscription plan. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle unless otherwise arranged.

8. Pausing a Subscription

Subscription pauses are not automatically included. Requests may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis for medical or exceptional circumstances.

9. Access to Services

Active subscriptions include access to the services outlined in your chosen plan. If your subscription is cancelled or paused, access to coaching, programming, communication, and resources will cease at the end of the billing period.

10. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to any ADAPT plan, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Subscription Policy.
